On behalf of the children, staff and governing body of the school, I would like to extend a warm welcome to South Grove Primary School. We hope that this will be the beginning of a very rewarding experience with your child and family.

Our school is a fully inclusive one form of entry community primary school for pupils aged 3-11 in the London Borough of Haringey. We also have a large Nursery that offers part time and full-time places.

At South Grove we believe that the Primary years are the most important years in your child’s development and education. We are proud of our inclusivity as well as our academic achievement.

We provide a quality education with experienced and knowledgeable staff, all children are encouraged to become curious, ambitious, resilient and caring. We also believe that instilling a love of learning and values are key to your child’s development. We offer a rich and challenging curriculum that allows pupils to make outstanding progress in all areas. We have recently undertaken extensive renovations on the school premises and we have a wonderful outside space for all children.

We have an onsite Primary Alternative Provision that is run on behalf of the LA to support complex children, this sits separately from the main body of the school but allows us access to specialists.

We have an extremely dedicated and hardworking staff who are committed to the welfare and educational needs of our children as well as an informed and supportive Governing body.

I hope that this web site gives you an insight into our school and you will see that we are ‘Haringey’s best kept secret.’

Please feel free to contact us and book a visit.
